RECIPE: Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
1 lb. crab meat
1 beaten egg
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
2 Tb mayo (no Miracle Whip!)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tb Dijon mustard
1 tsp dry mustard
A shake of hot pepper flakes
3/4 cup Panko crumbs
Olive or canola oil
Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients together
Mix in crab
Fold in Panko and let it sit for 30 minutes
Saute in olive or canola oil for 3-5 minutes on each side
